An uninspired haiku/verse i wrote (my first i might add) for a college event. just to remind myself to not try this again :)

A spark of hope, a shining beacon
born of vision, bred of heart
burns bright, a guiding light
we sail aided, in waters uncharted

No fear darkens, a brave new world
a distant port, beckons us forward 
Be you the west wind, guiding ever closer
we sail undaunted, in waters uncharted
